1. Warranty Claims
Classy Furniture offers a 12 month repair warranty on all products for technical faults. The customer should contact Classy Furniture via customer service of any warranty claims.
Where repairs are not possible, we will provide a replacement for the products.
No refunds will be provided for normal wear & tear and damages due to customer's fault.
2. Change of mind returns
Classy Furniture will provide change of mind refunds as per below criteria:
a) Full refunds will be given if the order is cancelled before the goods have been dispatched.
b) Partial refunds will be given if the change of mind occurs after the goods have been dispatched. The customer must pay all shipping and other costs related to the purchase.
c) No change of mind refunds will be given after 7 days of purchase.
3. Damaged or faulty returns
Classy Furniture will provide refunds for damaged or faulty goods as per below criteria:
a) Classy Furniture will provide full refund or credit if the goods were received damaged or faulty. The customer must notify Classy Furniture as soon as possible and within 14 days via our customer service.
We may request pictures of products for damage.
Classy Furniture will not pay for damages due to customer's fault.
b) Products received more than 30 days will not be entitled to a refund but may be entitled to warranty as per manufacturer's warranty.
c) No refunds will be provided for normal wear & tear including damages due to customer's fault.
